Orders approved before 3:00 PM EST (Monday thru Friday) are shipped that day. Orders approved on weekends are shipped on Monday. Orders approved on holidays are shipped the next business day. Licensing - Network Ready
Each network ready license maintains a shareable database which can be accessed by any user of your network. This database can reside on a local pc, dedicated network server, or non-dedicated peer-to-peer server. The maximum number of users who can access this database simultaneously is determined by the number of concurrent user licenses. Each network ready license includes ONE concurrent user license. Additional concurrent user licenses are purchased separately.

Example: You have a network with 150 workstations. You would like to share Account Ability across the network allowing at most 5 users simultaneous access, regardless of where they sit. What type of licensing should you purchase?
You would need 1 network ready license and 4 additional concurrent user licenses.

Download Account Ability and Start Building Your Database Today!
If you desire to download Account Ability prior to its arrival on CDROM, download the free trial version from our Download page. The free trial version includes all of the functionality of the live version, with some limitations on printing and electronic filing. This will enable you to begin building your database immediately. When your CDROM arrives via Federal Express, simply insert it into your CDROM drive and the free trial version will be updated to a live network ready version. The database will be preserved and ready for printing, electronic filing, and TIN matching.

IDMS guarantees Account Ability software to perform as specified. If, within the first 7 days, you feel this software does not perform to specifications, call IDMS technical support at 1-888-IDMSINC. IDMS will make every effort to evaluate and solve your problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, you will be issued an RMA number entitling you to a 100% refund less any freight and handling charges.

RETURN POLICY — With the exception of regular seal envelopes and non-pressure seal blank perforated paper without backer instructions, all tax forms are deemed time sensitive documents which cannot be returned after December 15 of the current reporting year. Returns will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You can obtain an RMA by calling 631-249-7744.
