Orders approved before 4:30 PM EST (Monday thru Friday) are shipped that day. Orders approved on weekends are shipped on Monday. Orders approved on holidays are shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped via FedEx to the location you specify during the checkout procedure. Downloads are also available (see below).

Licensing - Network Ready
Each network ready license maintains a shareable database which can be accessed by any user of your network. This database can reside on a local pc, dedicated network server, or non-dedicated peer-to-peer server. The maximum number of users who can access this database simultaneously is determined by the number of concurrent user licenses. Each network ready license includes ONE concurrent user license. Additional concurrent user licenses are purchased separately.

Example: You have a network with 150 workstations. You would like to share Account Ability across the network allowing at most 5 users simultaneous access, regardless of where they sit. What type of licensing should you purchase?

You would need 1 network ready license and 4 additional concurrent user licenses.

If you desire to download your copy of Account Ability prior to its arrival on CDROM, IDMS will require the credit card holder to sign an authorization via fax. Upon receipt of this fax, IDMS will generate a TEMPORARY serial number for your license. Download instructions containing this serial number will be sent to the email address specified on your order. You will have the option to enter the card holder's fax number during the checkout procedure on our shopping cart. All orders, regardless of one's desire to download, will be shipped on CDROM.

IDMS guarantees Account Ability software to perform as specified. If, within the first 7 days, you feel this software does not perform to specifications, call IDMS technical support at 1-888-IDMSINC in order to speak to a technician. IDMS will make every effort to evaluate and solve your problem. If your problem cannot be solved you will be issued an RMA number entitling you to a 100% refund less any freight and handling charges.
