| If I purchased the software last year, do I need to purchase it again this year? |
IRS and SSA generally update their forms as well as electronic filing specifications each year. IDMS works actively throughout the year to implement these compliance changes. Consequently, Account Ability is sold as a new license each reporting year.
Account Ability creates a new database each reporting year. Users can, at their option, roll forward their entire prior year database, or any part thereof, while not altering prior year information in any way. This provides the user with prior year auditing for as many years as desired.
